A large, award-winning hotel with a strong reputation for events, sustainability, and guest experience is seeking an experienced Meetings & Events Manager. This is a high-impact role within a fast-paced operation, ideal for someone who enjoys managing events from enquiry to delivery and consistently exceeding client expectations.

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage meetings, conferences, and private events from initial enquiry to post-event follow-up

  • Prepare proposals, contracts, BEOs, floor plans, and event timelines

  • Act as the main point of contact for clients and internal departments

  • Coordinate with F&B, operations, and kitchen teams to ensure seamless delivery

  • Lead and support the events team to achieve service and revenue targets

  • Monitor KPIs, forecasts, and event performance metrics

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a Meetings & Events Manager role within a hotel environment

  • Strong organisational and communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously

  • Experience working with event management systems and CRM tools

  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required
