F&B Manager

A well-established hotel with multiple food and beverage outlets is seeking an experienced F&B Manager to lead service operations. This role focuses on driving guest satisfaction, supporting team performance, and maximising food and beverage revenue within a busy hotel environment.

Your Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily food and beverage operations to ensure excellent service delivery

  • Lead, train, and mentor FOH teams to maintain consistent service quality

  • Develop and implement service standards, promotions, and upsell initiatives

  • Coordinate with kitchen, bar, and events teams for seamless guest experiences

  • Monitor budgets, inventory, cost controls, and revenue performance

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards

Requirements

  • Previous experience in F&B management within a Luxury property.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills

  • Sound commercial awareness with a focus on revenue growth

  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
