About
A busy hospitality venue with multiple dining outlets is seeking a skilled Chef de Partie to support kitchen operations. This role focuses on consistent production, quality, and teamwork during service across breakfast, lunch, and dinner offerings.
Your Responsibilities

Prepare and cook dishes according to established recipes and standards

Run a kitchen station, ensuring consistency, timing, and presentation

Support kitchen prep, mise-en-place, and stock rotation activities
-
Maintain food safety, hygiene, and HACCP compliance at all times

Collaborate with the wider kitchen team to ensure smooth service delivery

Assist senior chefs in day-to-day operations and special events
Requirements

Previous experience in a Chef de Partie or similar kitchen role

Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen operations

Good organisational skills with attention to detail

Ability to work under pressure in a busy service environment

Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and evenings
