About
A busy hospitality venue with multiple dining outlets is seeking a skilled Chef de Partie to support kitchen operations. This role focuses on consistent production, quality, and teamwork during service across breakfast, lunch, and dinner offerings.

Your Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook dishes according to established recipes and standards

  • Run a kitchen station, ensuring consistency, timing, and presentation

  • Support kitchen prep, mise-en-place, and stock rotation activities

  • Maintain food safety, hygiene, and HACCP compliance at all times

  • Collaborate with the wider kitchen team to ensure smooth service delivery

  • Assist senior chefs in day-to-day operations and special events

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a Chef de Partie or similar kitchen role

  • Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen operations

  • Good organisational skills with attention to detail

  • Ability to work under pressure in a busy service environment

  • Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and evenings

Salary & Benefits
