Wedding and Events Sales Executive

About
A high-end hospitality venue known for premium weddings, events, and guest experiences is seeking a Wedding and Events Sales Executive. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional who enjoys building relationships and delivering memorable events.

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage wedding and event enquiries from initial contact to confirmation

  • Conduct site visits and client showarounds

  • Prepare proposals, contracts, and event details

  • Liaise with operations, F&B, and kitchen teams to ensure smooth delivery

  • Maintain CRM records and follow up on leads

  • Achieve sales targets and conversion rates

Requirements

  • Previous experience in weddings, events, or hospitality sales

  • Strong organisational and time-management skills

  • Excellent communication and client-facing abilities

  • Ability to manage multiple enquiries simultaneously

  • Flexibility in scheduling
