Job Title: F&B Manager

Salary: €48,000 plus
Introduction:
Our client, is looking for a dynamic F&B Manager to lead its food & beverage operations. As F&B Manager, you will oversee all dining outlets, ensuring service excellence, maximised profitability, and memorable guest experiences. You’ll be a key part of the hotel’s leadership team, working closely with other HOD’s to ensure properties continued success.
Responsibilities:

Lead and manage all F&B operations.

Develop and implement F&B strategies and budgets to maximise department revenue and profitability.

Oversee food and beverage cost control, inventory, supplier relationships, and purchasing.

Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate F&B staff, building a high-performing service team.

Ensure excellent guest experience through high service standards, staff engagement, and quality control.

Monitor F&B KPIs, forecast, and report on performance metrics regularly.

Maintain health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Requirements:

Experience leading teams within an F&B Department.

Strong financial acumen and proven experience of P&L management.

Excellent leadership and people-management skills.

In-depth knowledge of food safety, hygiene regulations, and cost-control techniques.

Strong organisational and communication skills.
