Job Title: F&B Manager

Location: Portlaoise

Salary: €48,000 plus

Introduction:
Our client, is looking for a dynamic F&B Manager to lead its food & beverage operations. As F&B Manager, you will oversee all dining outlets, ensuring service excellence, maximised profitability, and memorable guest experiences. You’ll be a key part of the hotel’s leadership team, working closely with other HOD’s to ensure properties continued success.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all F&B operations.

  • Develop and implement F&B strategies and budgets to maximise department revenue and profitability.

  • Oversee food and beverage cost control, inventory, supplier relationships, and purchasing.

  • Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate F&B staff, building a high-performing service team.

  • Ensure excellent guest experience through high service standards, staff engagement, and quality control.

  • Monitor F&B KPIs, forecast, and report on performance metrics regularly.

  • Maintain health, safety, and hygiene standards.

Requirements:

  • Experience leading teams within an F&B Department.

  • Strong financial acumen and proven experience of P&L management.

  • Excellent leadership and people-management skills.

  • In-depth knowledge of food safety, hygiene regulations, and cost-control techniques.

  • Strong organisational and communication skills.

  • Ability to work flexible hours.
