Introduction:
Our client is looking for a commercially minded and strategic Revenue Manager. As Revenue Manager, you will drive room revenue performance, shape pricing strategies, and lead yield-based decisions to maximise occupancy, ADR, and overall profitability. The Revenue Manager will work closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Reservations teams, ensuring that all revenue opportunities are capitalised on while maintaining exceptional guest experience.
Responsibilities:

Develop and implement dynamic pricing, yield, and inventory strategies for all room types as Revenue Manager

Analyse market demand, seasonality, and competitive set to inform room rate decisions and distribution mix

Lead weekly revenue strategy meetings as Revenue Manager, presenting forecasts, KPIs, and actionable insights

Oversee distribution across all channels (direct, OTAs, third-party), ensuring optimal rate parity and profitability

Produce regular management reporting: forecast vs. actual, pick-ups, budget performance, and room revenue as Revenue Manager

Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to align promotions, group business, and special packages with revenue goals

Train and guide the Reservations team on revenue management best practices and upsell opportunities

Participate in annual budget planning, providing long-term revenue and business plan input as Revenue Manager

Monitor and benchmark competitive hotels to adjust strategy, managing rate changes proactively
Requirements:

Proven experience (3+ years) in a revenue management role, preferably in a hotel/resort environment

Strong analytical skills, with experience in forecasting, variance analysis, and data-driven decision-making

Proficiency in hotel management systems (PMS) and revenue management systems

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead cross-functional collaboration

Commercial mindset and ability to balance revenue goals with guest satisfaction

Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects and revenue streams as Revenue Manager
