Our client is looking to recruit a General Bar Manager for a food & beverage operation in Dublin. The ideal candidate must come from a very strong food & beverage background with a proven track record in similar role. They are looking for a manager that will take full control of the property, be driven, can deliver excellent standards and have the passion to drive the business and be very customer focused. 

Requirements:

• Managing the smooth operation of food and beverage. 
• Strong People managing skills required for this role
• Excellent attention to detail required for this position.
• Very hands on role when carrying out duties and responsibilities.
• Responsible for the standard operating procedures throughout this property
• Managing the current team in place.
• Managing stock levels.
• Organising rosters for the team

Candidate Requirements:

• Understanding the current market trends for new concepts in the sector. 
• Proven Operational management background in successful busy Bar operation.
• Strong delegation required for when this operation is busy.
• Very Customer focused and enjoys this aspect of the job the most.
• Energetic and forward thinking candidate who can add creativity to the operation.
• Minimum of3 years at management level.
