A leading resort in Co. Laois is recruiting a motivated Food & Beverage Duty Manager to support the smooth running of its restaurant, bar, and event operations. The role suits a hands-on professional with strong service standards and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise day-to-day F&B operations, ensuring consistency across outlets.

  • Lead shifts and manage staff performance to deliver high service standards.

  • Support training, rostering, and team development initiatives.

  • Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

  • Maintain compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene policies.

Requirements

  • Previous supervisory or duty management experience in a hotel or resort setting.

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

  • Ability to multi-task and manage a busy service environment.

  • Strong understanding of service procedures and guest relations.
