Responsibilities

Support the Executive Chef in overseeing daily banqueting operations for large-scale events.

Lead preparation and service for weddings, conferences, and corporate functions, maintaining impeccable standards.

Collaborate with event and service teams to ensure seamless coordination and guest satisfaction.

Assist with menu development, stock control, and cost management.

Maintain strict compliance with HACCP, hygiene, and safety standards.

Train and mentor junior chefs, promoting skill growth and team excellence.
Requirements

Proven experience in a luxury hotel or high-end event catering environment.

Strong technical knowledge of banqueting production and fine-dining presentation.

Organised, calm under pressure, and capable of managing multiple events simultaneously.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Full knowledge of food safety and hygiene legislation.
