Responsibilities

Oversee all front-of-house operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.

Lead, train, and motivate the restaurant team to deliver outstanding hospitality.

Collaborate with the culinary and events teams to maintain the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Manage reservations, guest relations, and day-to-day operations, maintaining attention to detail at all times.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years’ experience in a supervisory/management role within an upscale or hotel restaurant environment.

Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a team.

Excellent organisational skills and a hands-on approach to service.
