We are currently recruiting for an experienced Catering Manager for our client, a leading food services provider based in Galway.
Location: Galway City
Salary: €45k
Hours: 11pm – 7.30am, Monday to Friday
This role oversees night-time catering and service operations across a large, fast-paced site, ensuring smooth service, great food quality, and first-class guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and motivate the night catering team to consistently exceed expectations

Liaise effectively between teams and senior management

Oversee kitchen and service operations, maintaining high standards of food and hygiene

Manage inventories, budgets, and till operations

Support and train team members, ensuring compliance and excellence at every step

Complete and assist with administrative and operational paperwork as required

Represent the brand with professionalism, ensuring a positive image at all times
The Ideal Candidate:

2-3 years experience in a catering or hospitality management role, ideally in a contract catering or large-site environment

Demonstrates strong leadership and communication skills

Thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working as part of a team
