Introduction
A luxury hotel in County Clare is seeking an experienced Director of Rooms Division to oversee its Front Office, Accommodation, and Maintenance departments. This senior leadership role is central to delivering seamless guest experiences and maintaining the highest standards of service and presentation across the property.
Responsibilities

Lead daily operations across all Rooms Division areas.

Motivate and manage teams in Front Office, Housekeeping, and Maintenance.

Drive guest satisfaction through exceptional service delivery and attention to detail.

Oversee budgets, forecasts, and departmental performance.

Ensure compliance with safety, security, and brand standards.

Collaborate with other departments to deliver a consistent guest journey.
Requirements

Degree in Hospitality Management or similar.

7+ years’ experience in luxury hotel operations, including senior leadership.

Strong background managing Rooms Division functions.

Excellent people leadership, financial, and organisational skills.

Experience with PMS and guest service systems.
