Introduction
We’re currently recruiting an experienced and motivated Bar Supervisor for a well-established hospitality venue in Athlone. This is a fantastic opportunity to take the next step in your career and join a fast-paced, customer-focused team in one of the town’s busiest bar operations.

Responsibilities

• Help lead and support the day-to-day running of the bar, ensuring exceptional service
• Ensure smooth service during high-volume periods and quieter periods, including evenings and weekend. 
• Assist in the creation and delivery of cocktail menus and seasonal offerings
• Uphold all health & safety, hygiene, and licensing requirements
• Deal confidently with customer queries or issues in a professional manner
• Promote a positive and welcoming team culture

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in a supervisory or senior bar role
• Strong understanding of bar service, cocktail preparation. 
• Confident working in high-energy environments with large footfall
• Organised, reliable, and hands-on with great attention to detail
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
