Responsibilities
- Lead all aspects of the Sales, Marketing & Events function as a Senior Sales & Marketing Executive, working closely with revenue and senior operations teams
- Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports, presentations, and KPIs
- The Senior Sales and Marketing Executive will oversee execution of the commercial plan, targeting growth across corporate, GDS, direct bookings, leisure, C&B, F&B, and PR
- Proactively manage new business development, account retention, and sales activity
- Run all digital and offline marketing efforts as Senior Sales & Marketing Executive, including website optimisation, social media campaigns, and e-zines
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Sales & Marketing Executive or similar role within the hotel sector
- Strong digital skills: website, booking engine (Avvio), paid social, and email marketing
- Familiarity with GDS, RFP processes, and revenue strategy
- Advantageous: Opera and Sales & Catering system knowledge
- Confident communicator with a strategic mindset and proven results
- Previous role in the Irish hotel sector.
