Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day brasserie operations, ensuring smooth service and customer satisfaction.
- Lead, train, and motivate the front-of-house team to deliver consistent excellence with the Brasserie.
- Organise reservations, seating plans, and service flow for optimal efficiency in the Brasserie.
- The Brasserie Manager will work closely with the kitchen to maintain menu quality and seasonal updates.
- Maintain a high standard of presentation and cleanliness in all areas of the Brasserie.
- Monitor budgets, costs, and stock levels to meet financial objectives.
- Address and resolve guest feedback in a professional manner.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Brasserie Manager or in a similar senior hospitality role.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- A passion for delivering high-end food, wine, and service.
- Ability to work effectively in a busy, fast-paced environment.
- Competence in budgeting, stock control, and cost management.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
