Wedding & Events Coordinator – 4* Hotel Offaly
We are currently recruiting for a Wedding & Events Coordinator on behalf of our client, a busy and well-established 4-star hotel in County Offaly. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and personable Wedding & Events Coordinator to play a central role in delivering exceptional service for weddings, conferences, and special events.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about guest service, highly organised, and confident in coordinating with multiple departments. This role would also suit a front office professional looking to transition into a planning-focused role with more structured hours.
Responsibilities

As Wedding & Events Coordinator, respond promptly to all enquiries and follow up in a professional manner

Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth planning and delivery of events

Act as a key contact for wedding couples and event organisers throughout the process

Proactively follow up on leads to maximise revenue and conversion

Deliver exceptional customer service from enquiry to post-event follow-up
Requirements

Previous experience as a Wedding & Events Coordinator or in a similar role within a busy hotel

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent attention to detail and time management

Positive, client-focused attitude with a desire to exceed expectations

Experience with Opera is an advantage
