Restaurant Supervisor – Monday to Friday

We’re working with a leading corporate catering provider to find a skilled Restaurant Supervisor for a flagship client site in Cork. If you’re passionate about hospitality, team leadership, and delivering an exceptional guest experience — this is your chance to thrive in a modern, fast-paced foodservice environment.

Location: Cork City

Salary: €35-38k

Hours: Monday to Friday 

Sector: Food Services / Luxury Corporate Catering

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the day-to-day supervision of restaurant service across breakfast, lunch, and events

  • Lead by example to maintain high standards of food quality and customer care

  • Supervise front-of-house staff and assist with training and development

  • Ensure smooth service delivery, cleanliness, and compliance with food safety standards

  • Manage daily operational tasks including stock, set-up, and team coordination

  • Work closely with chefs and senior management to deliver on service goals

  • Contribute to sustainability and waste reduction efforts

The Ideal Candidate:

  • 2+ years’ experience in a foodservice or hospitality supervisory role

  • A natural leader with strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Hands-on, proactive, and customer-focused

  • Well-organised with great attention to detail

  • Experience in corporate catering or contract catering is a plus

  • HACCP knowledge and commitment to hygiene and safety standards
