We’re partnering with a premium corporate catering provider to find an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations at a high-profile client site in Cork.
Location: Cork City
Salary: €40-42k
Hours: Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations across breakfast, lunch, and events

Lead and inspire a diverse front- and back-of-house team

Ensure exceptional food quality, presentation, and service standards

Drive staff training, engagement, and performance management

Manage labour, stock, and cost controls in line with budget

Maintain the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and compliance

Collaborate with culinary and client stakeholders to exceed expectations

Support sustainability initiatives and reduce food waste
The Ideal Restaurant Manager:

2+ years’ experience managing high-volume foodservice or hospitality operations
-
Strong leadership and people development skills
-
Customer-focused with a passion for quality and innovation
-
Skilled in rostering, budgeting, and cost management
-
Excellent communication and organisational abilities
-
Experience in corporate or contract catering is a distinct advantage
