A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen for an Executive Head Chef to lead the culinary operation at a prestigious corporate headquarters in Dublin.

Location: Dublin, Ireland
Sector: Corporate Catering / Contract Catering
Hours: Monday to Friday
Salary: €65k + Benefits

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a large and diverse culinary team across multiple food outlets.

  • Drive innovation and menu development with a strong emphasis on sustainability, seasonality, and wellness.

  • Ensure the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.

  • Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders and client representatives.

  • Deliver an exceptional hospitality and workplace dining experience.

The Ideal Head Chef:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Head Chef or similar senior culinary leadership role.

  • Background in high-volume, premium corporate or hospitality environments.

  • Creative, passionate, and up-to-date with food trends and nutrition.

  • Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.

  • Ability to manage budgets, compliance, and service standards effectively.
