We are currently recruiting a Breakfast Chef for our client based in a beautiful 4* property in Clare.
The Breakfast Chef will be responsible for preparing food items and delivering their exceptional a la carte breakfast menu.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensure full adherence to Hygiene and Safety in accordance with the properties, Health and Safety policy and the Health and Safety at work Act
• Manage the shift and stock needed
• Support the Head Chef in their duties
• Lead by example in excellent food production
• Maintain a high level of food quality and Haccp.  
• Excellent attention to detail
