Director of Food & Beverage
Salary: €60-80K
Location: Dublin
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide visionary leadership to the F&B team, fostering a culture of excellence, creativity, and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee daily operations across all F&B outlets, ensuring consistent quality, service, hygiene, and ambiance.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue, control costs, and optimize profitability.
- Work closely with the Executive Chef and culinary teams to design innovative menus and seasonal offerings.
- Monitor guest feedback and ensure prompt resolution of service issues.
- Lead recruitment, training, and development of F&B staff to uphold service excellence and brand standards.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, licensing laws, and hotel policies.
- Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and performance reports for the department.
- Collaborate with Sales, Events, and Marketing teams to create successful promotions and events.
- Maintain strong vendor relationships and oversee procurement of high-quality products.
Candidate:
- Proven experience in F&B leadership within a luxury or 5-star hospitality environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or related field
- Strong operational background with a deep understanding of food, wine, and beverage trends.
- Exceptional interpersonal, leadership, and team development skills.
- Financial acumen with a track record of driving revenue and managing large-scale budgets.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Flexible and adaptable to fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- Proficient in F&B management software and MS Office.
