Assistant Manager – Premium Lounges Dublin Airport

We are currently recruiting for a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager to oversee restaurant operations for premium lounges based in Dublin Airport.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Dublin Airport

Salary: €35-38k plus

Hours: 8 hour shift, 5 over 7 days

This may suit a hospitality candidate looking for a more daytime led role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Lounge Manager in daily operations to ensure smooth service.
• Monitor staff performance and provide guidance to ensure high service standards.
• Help manage inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies.
• Foster a positive work culture by encouraging teamwork and collaboration.
• Ensure a welcoming atmosphere and a high standard of customer service.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and effectively
• Assist in monitoring daily sales and financial performance.
• Help with cash handling, reconciliation, and reporting as needed

The Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience as an assistant manager or similar role in a high-volume setting.
• Previous experience in Hotels, restaurants or corporate catering.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, can-do attitude and excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• This may suit a hotel Duty Manager, Restaurant Manager, Assistant F&B Manager, assistant restaurant Manager etc.
