General Manager Multi Site Excellent Package 

We are currently recruiting for a General Manager for a multi site operation for our client. We are looking for a senior manager with a strong catering and events background to manage all aspects of the operation. This is an excellent opportunity to lead a team to deliver and excellent standard of service while growing the business. This position may suit a Hotel Genaral Manager looking to move into a large event opeartion. 


  • Oversee day-to-day operations
  • Design strategy and set goals for growth
  • Maintain budgets and optimize expenses
  • Set policies and processes
  • Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally
  • Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance
  • Direct the employee assessment process
  • Prepare regular reports for senior management
  • Ensure staff follows health and safety regulations

Requirements and skills:

  • Proven experience as a General Manager or similar executive role.
  • Experience in planning and budgeting
  • Knowledge of business process and functions (finance, HR, procurement, operations etc.)
  • Strong analytical ability
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
  • Background in a large scale catering and events operation.
  • A leader and a confident decision-maker, helping the team develop and be productive.
