Spa Manager – 5* Hotel

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Spa Manager for our client, a beautiful 5* property in Waterford.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily spa operations, including scheduling, coordinating appointments, and upholding cleanliness and maintenance standards.
  • Guide, support, and train spa team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Set a high standard of professionalism and customer service.
  • Ensure the Spa is always immaculate, safe, and in perfect working order all times.
  • Ensure care and maintenance of the facilities to ensure an exceptional high standard of presentation and cleanliness.
  • Identify and provide ongoing support training to your team and ensure the team are fully qualified.
  • Identifying sales strategies to maximize the use of the leisure facilities and increase memberships.
  • Provide in-depth knowledge and advice in terms of facilities, procedures, and products.
  • Undertake a full assessment of client’s requirements and suitability of treatments and products offered.
  • Ensure all treatments are carried out to the highest professional standard.
  • To ensure that all equipment and facilities are checked daily and are in full working order.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Prior experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a spa or hospitality setting.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Familiarity with spa software systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
