Sous Chef Daytime Operation  

We are currently recruiting for a Sous Chef, we are looking for individuals that are passionate in their role to join a vibrant team in a busy property. 

Requirements:

  • Be able to work on all sections
  • Fully HACCP trained
  • High volume experience is a must.
  • Good leadership skills and team building skills
  • Excellent operating standards
  • Food cost and stock control knowledge
  • In-depth knowledge of portion control
  • Must be flexible with hours
  • Fluent English is essential.

  • Excellent presentation
  • Must be reliable
  • Must have a passion for food and new trends 
  • Must have experience in a busy property
