We are currently recruiting a sous chef for our client working in a spectacular property in Cork. The person will be a well organised and hard working individual who can offer support to the Head Chef and the team below them.
Key Responsibilities
- Running the day-to-day operations of the kitchen
- Planning and execution of functions, banquets and weddings
- Menu development and execution
- Manage policies and procedure and report to the Head Chef
- Be responsible for the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef
- Fully compliant with HACCP
- Ability to work as a team player
- Can work across a number of disciplines with the kitchen
