Sous Chef – Cork Hotel – €45K 

We are currently recruiting a sous chef for our client working in a spectacular property in Cork. The person will be a well organised and hard working individual who can offer support to the Head Chef and the team below them.

Key Responsibilities

  • Running the day-to-day operations of the kitchen
  • Planning and execution of functions, banquets and weddings
  • Menu development and execution
  • Manage policies and procedure and report to the Head Chef
  • Be responsible for the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef
  • Fully compliant with HACCP
  • Ability to work as a team player
  • Can work across a number of disciplines with the kitchen

  • Has their own transport
