We are currently recruiting for a Sous Chef for beautiful property in West Cork. Fantastic high volume property offering a great package for the right Sous Chef.

Attractive Sous Chef Package – Full-time contract €40k plus

Our ideal Sous Chef will have experience in a large, high volume property and is a hands on chef.

Sous Chef Roles & Responsibilities:

• To assist the Executive Head Chef and Executive Sous in all areas of the Kitchen operations
• Previous experience as a Sous Chef with a background in high volume Gastropub/Restaurants
• Very hands-on in a busy kitchen and staff
• Must be legally allowed to work in Ireland full-time
• Fluent English both oral and written
• Excellent HACCP & Hygiene
• The ability to work under pressure, producing excellent high quality dishes whilst ensuring consistency.
• Excellent attention to detail
• A real team leader who encourages learning and development of the kitchen team
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
