Requirements:
- Be able to work on all sections
- Fully HACCP trained
- High volume experience is a must.
- Good leadership skills and team building skills
- Excellent operating standards
- Food cost and stock control knowledge
- In-depth knowledge of portion control
- Must be flexible with hours
- Fluent English is essential.
