Restaurant Supervisor – Dublin City Centre €33k
We are currently recruiting for a Restaurant Supervisor for our client for their busy venue. They are seeking an driven, ambitious, dynamic & self-motivated supervisor with exceptional experience of directing the team to provide exceptional service with the personal touch. The Supervisor will be responsible for the overseeing the restaurant operation and assist with all private events. The successful candidate will have experience recruiting and training staff, formulating and implementing SOPs, dealing with guest queries and issues.
The Candidate:
- Previous experience in a busy restaurant
- Sound knowledge and passion for food & beverage
- To oversee the day to day running of the restaurant
- Knowledge of Standards of Service
- Strong leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate the team to achieve a high level of performance
- Excellent customer service skills
- Training and rostering of staff
