Restaurant Supervisor – Cork – €32k
We are currently recruiting a restaurant supervisor for our client based in a charming bar and restaurant in Cork. They will support the manager and assistant manager in the running of the business and ensure a high standard of customer service is met
Key Responsibilities
- To ensure that the restaurant is fully prepared for service.
- Ensure that guest needs and requirements are met and deal with any customer complaints in a professional manner if they arise.
- Manage and monitor food and beverage quality and service in the restaurant.
- Lead, support, inform and guide team members in all restaurant activities and operations.
- Conduct onboarding of new F&B staff and ensure they complete the SOP training.
- In the absence of manager ensure all sections are allocated appropriately amongst the team.
- Support and assist team members in handling guest inquiries and requests and in resolving customer complaints.
- Ensure team compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness standards.
The Ideal Candidate:
- 1-2 years experience as a F&B supervisor
- Self-motivated, standards driven and have the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise & delegate
- Warm, friendly and courteous at all times
- Previous experience in asimilar role
