Restaurant Supervisor (4 Day Working Week)

We are also looking for Kitchen Porters €13 p/h plus tips.

We are currently recruiting for a Restaurant Supervisor for a busy operation in Cork. This is a hands on role and are looking for a supervisor that is passionate about customer service.  

Main Responsibilities:

  • Working with the management team to oversee the daily operation of the restaurant operation.
  • A team builder and team player who empowers and coaches the team to deliver excellent service standards at all times.
  • Work with the management team to deliver a first class service in all events.
  • Ensure statutory and best practice compliance for all Food & Beverage operations throughout the property.
  • Perform any additional duties that may be assigned by your Manager as this role evolves. 

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1 years’ experience is required in a similar role in busy operation.
  • Knowledge of Food and Beverage 
  • Excellent Communication, Organisational
  • Management Soft Skills, Leadership and Delegation skills
  • Experience in F&B staff training
  • Excellent salary plus tips.
