We are recruiting a Restaurant Manager for our client located in a stunning property in Clare. The right candidate will pride themselves on working to the highest standard and oversee a number of services within the restaurant. The role would suit a candidate from a fine dining or 5* star background.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing all aspects of Restaurant and Private Dining Operations
- Communicate effectively and lead the department in a structured and organised manner.
- Deliver an excellent experience to all guests.
- Ensure F&B staff are motivated and supported.
- Being hands on and setting a strong example.
- To achieve and maintain costs in line with F&B budget.
- To ensure menus are correct and current.
- Liaise with the Head Chef to ensure smooth service.
- Liaise with other Food and Beverage departments.
- Trend analysis and Market Research
- Creating weekly rosters via the scheduling system.
- Working in conjunction with Human Resources in the recruitment and selection process.
- Forecasting and planning
Ideal Candidate:
- Possess 3rd level qualification in Hotel Management or equivalent.
- Previous experience within a 5* property.
- Self-motivated, have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Have strong organisational skills.
- Excellent ability to lead and motivate others.
- Attention to detail is essential.
