Receptionist / Administrator Monday – Friday

 

We are currently recruiting for a receptionist / administrator in the City centre. We are looking for a passionate candidate coming with a hospitality background, that is out going, has a good phone manner, has excellent attention to detail and good computer skills. This position may suit a candidate coming from a hotel background that is looking for a day time position Monday to Friday ( 8am – 4.30pm)  

 

The ideal candidate for Reception / Administrator

  • Should have 1 years’ experience in reception position within hospitality in Ireland
  • Must have fluent command of the English Language
  • Must have excellent communication skills
  • Must have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment;
  • Must be standards driven and detail orientated
  • Must be courteous, friendly and focused on providing a consistently high standards

 

Responsibilities include Reception / Administrator

  • Ensure the daily smooth running of the reception desk
  • Ensure good communication between team
  • To be familiar with the day’s business and needs
  • To ensure all admin work is done in a timely manner.
  • To assist with any other duties that may be required from the team.
