Receptionist / Administrator Monday – Friday
We are currently recruiting for a receptionist / administrator in the City centre. We are looking for a passionate candidate coming with a hospitality background, that is out going, has a good phone manner, has excellent attention to detail and good computer skills. This position may suit a candidate coming from a hotel background that is looking for a day time position Monday to Friday ( 8am – 4.30pm)
The ideal candidate for Reception / Administrator
- Should have 1 years’ experience in reception position within hospitality in Ireland
- Must have fluent command of the English Language
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Must have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment;
- Must be standards driven and detail orientated
- Must be courteous, friendly and focused on providing a consistently high standards
Responsibilities include Reception / Administrator
- Ensure the daily smooth running of the reception desk
- Ensure good communication between team
- To be familiar with the day’s business and needs
- To ensure all admin work is done in a timely manner.
- To assist with any other duties that may be required from the team.
