The opportunity: Personal Assistant
**Must have previous experience please do not apply if you do not have at least 2 years experience**
- Providing first class support to multiple Directors
- Managing incoming queries on behalf of Director and prioritising incoming communications
- Liaising with staff at all levels and building strong internal relationships
- Arranging global travel
- Managing ever changing, complex diary, ensuring everything runs smoothly at all times
- Expense management
- Produce confidential correspondence
The person:
- Will have recent experience working as a Team Coordinator/PA (essential)
- Very strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Fully proficient in MS Office (in particular MS Outlook)
- Confident in liaising with senior executives
Skills:
The role is multi-faceted but in the main would include:
- Office management
- Travel management for senior execs
- Admin assistance as required
- Some concierge work for Directors
