Marketing Manager Dublin (9 month contract)

We are currently recruiting for a marketing manager for our client for a 9 month contract. This position may suit a candidate looking to take the next step in their career and may lead to a permanent position with the marketing team. We are looking for a passionate person who is driven and can manage a busy marketing department with a hospitality / restaurant background. 


  • Co-ordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities
  • Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results.
  • Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives
  • Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels
  • Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration
  • Analyse customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies
  • Manage all aspects of social media along with the Digital Marketing Executive including
  • Manage the Digital Marketing Function within the company for a events.
  • Manage the website development with emphasis on user functionality and up to date content
  • Manage Google Adwords to ensure all search terms are relevant, negative search terms are managed, budget is managed day to day. Reports to be sent to managers and senior managers monthly comparing stats to the previous month
  • Manage Google Analytics, linking campaigns, reporting monthly to managers and senior management on our statistics compared to the previous month
  • Manage all branding
  • Present a quarterly plan of all marketing promotions to senior management outlining different ways to increase brand awareness to new audience, strengthen our brand to current audiences, be innovative in our offering to be ahead of trends and leading the way
  • Manage and develop marketing campaigns from concept to rollout
  • Seasonal planning, ensuring we are prepared to capitalise on key dates
  • Print and Content Management including all design work, printing quotes, print volumes, distribution
  • Management of the marketing budget
  • Ensuring maximum ROI on all promotions and reporting on same
  • Report on statistics and Trends within restaurant industry
  • Development of new innovations including menus/trends/recipes/ingredients
  • Weekly Meeting attendance required from marketing perspective
