HR Manager Dublin

We are currently recruiting for a HR Manager for our client. This position will be responsible for leading the HR function, providing support throughout all properties, manage the HR strategy, policies, training and employee relations. This is a senior position and we are looking for an experienced HR Manager who is a team player and can deal with all aspects of the HR function. Hospitality experience an advantage.

Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day HR services in an effective and efficient manner.

Provide advice and support to management and staff in relation to all aspects of employment relations.

Oversee the effective management and resolution of all employee relations issues, in accordance with employment legislation, company policies and best practice.

New hire on boarding/orientation, including issuing of employment contracts, IT equipment and other relevant information.

Update and maintain employee documentation to HR systems

Collaborate with finance and payroll department to ensure accurate and timely delivery of the payroll.

Drive change management and provide transformation expertise to meet business changes.  

Work  with the management team to drive business performance.

Lead effective plans to meet the current and future needs of the business including recruitment and retention.
