HR Manager Dublin €55k


We are currently recruiting for a HR Manager for our client. We are looking for a dynamic manager coming with a hospitality or retail background who is looking to work with a growing company. You will need to be a self-starter, have excellent attention to detail, driven and be proactive in all aspects of HR.



  • Engage regular communication with all teams to ensure staff cover.
  • Interview and assess senior job candidates
  • Assist managers and head chefs in their recruitment process
  • Oversee employee attendance and working schedules
  • Onboard new hires, set up a welcome process
  • Report on employee satisfaction
  • Organise employee records
  • Implement employee retention programs
  • Schedule trainings for all employees
  • Act as the point of contact when employees have queries or job-related issues
  • Ensure all staff complies with relevant health and safety regulations
  • Work with our online training platform to develop and grow staff knowledge and ensure staff are up skilled
  • Spearheading staff rewards, incentive, employee of the month initiatives


Minimum Requirements

  • 3rd Level qualification in HR/Business (CIPD)
  • 2-5years experience from Hospitality/catering or Retail
  • Excellent people skill, leadership and strong management skill
  • Experience in driving employee engagement.
  • Ability to develop & build relationships and influence with all levels of the business.
  • Strong understanding of employment law and related legislation.
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • Proactive by nature and a self-starter
  • Transport required
  • Have previous Irish experience
