HR Executive – 4* Hotel Kilkenny €32k

We are currently recruiting for a HR Executive for our client. This position will suit a dynamic individual who is ambitious, and career focused, with a keen interest in the development of people and the successful implementation of good HR practice and have the ability to work very well in a multi-functional team environment, with a primary focus on continuous improvement, growth and expansion. The ideal candidate will come from the food retail sector or hospitality.

Core Responsibilities:

• Leading the day-to-day operations of the HR Department
• Lead / Support recruitment and selection of the Hotel
• Drive training and development for the Hotel
• Be a trusted advisor for the hotel management team
• Leading the onboarding and induction cycle
• Weekly update of the Flow training matrix
• Monitoring of Check-ins and reporting on completion
• Monitoring of completion of Initial Skills Training Plan
• Performing and Tracking of Manual Handling Practices
• Monitoring Fire Warning Training and Refreshers
• To work in conjunction with GRHM in relation to the day-to-day administrative functions
• To report for duty on time and in business attire

Qualifications:

An honours degree in Business/HR – Required

CIPD accredited – beneficial
