Hotel Director of Sales & Marketing

**We are currently looking to hire a Director of Sales and Marketing Manager coming from a Hotel background with Irish Experience**

Director of Sales & Marketing role

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing all sales and marketing activities for the Hotel. 
• Develop sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets. 
• Customer relationship management and new business development via productive and targeted sales and marketing strategies and activities.
• Competitor analysis and database management.
• Responsible for actioning the hotel’s overall marketing, PR and social media plans.  
• Responsible for campaigns, launches, hotel websites and photography.
• Ability to proactively address any emerging business needs. 
• Experience of working in the Business to Consumer marketing environment.
• The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in successful sales and marketing, be target and results driven, preferably within the hospitality industry. 
• Be able to demonstrate a creative skill, be a very strong communicator with excellent presentation skills.
