Health & Fitness Club Manager

Salary: €40k plus & 10% Bonus

Location: Laois

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing engaging fitness programs and activities to cater to a diverse range of guests.
• Ensuring the leisure centre meets the highest standards of health, safety, and cleanliness.
• Managing the leisure centre budget and maximising revenue streams through memberships, spa services, and personal training.
• Leading and motivating your team, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
• Overseeing the smooth operation of all leisure facilities, including the gym, swimming pool, and any fitness studios.
• Identifying opportunities to improve the guest experience and ensure exceptional customer service.
• Liaising with other hotel departments to create a seamless and integrated guest experience.
• Implementing and maintaining effective marketing strategies to promote the leisure centre’s offerings to hotel guests and the local community.

Candidate:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in leisure centre management.
• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations within the health and leisure industry.
• Excellent financial management and budgeting skills.
• Previous experience managing pool plant.
• Lifeguard certified.
• Experience in developing and implementing fitness programs is a plus.
• A passion for the leisure industry and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
