Head Chef/ Sous Chef

Are you looking to step up into the Head Chef Role or a Sous Chef Role… Exciting new opportunity has arisin in Wicklow.

Head Chef Responsibilities:
– Prepare and serve all meals.
– Ensure the kitchen area is kept clean and organised, ready for any EHO inspections.
– Fill out all relevant HAACP forms.
– Manage weekly ordering for the kitchen to ensure stock levels.
– Work with budgets along with the manager and order all supplies.
– Help manage rostering of the kitchen team.

What we are offering you:
– Have 3+ years of experience.
– Possess a positive, can-do attitude and work well as part of a team.
– Capable of working under pressure and to a deadline. While still proving an excellent service for the customer. 
– A bonus but not needed would be an interest in or experience with fermentation.
