Guest Relations Manager
We are currently recruiting for a Hotel Guest Relations Manager for our client. The ideal candidate will come from a 5* background, have previous experience in guest relations or front office.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for developing and maintaining the acknowledgment of all guests visiting the property.
Ensure all departments are aware of all VIPs’ needs prior to arrival in order to ensure unique, memorable and personal experiences.
Responsible for training and continuously energizing the Guest Relations process throughout the Front of House team.
Monitor quality assurance by amalgamating all guest feedback and implement strategies to improve the overall hotel results.
