Guest Relations Manager

 

We are currently recruiting for a Hotel Guest Relations Manager for our client. The ideal candidate will come from a 5* background, have previous experience in guest relations or front office.  

 

Responsibilities:

Responsible for developing and maintaining the acknowledgment of all guests visiting the property.

Ensure all departments are aware of all VIPs’ needs prior to arrival in order to ensure unique, memorable and personal experiences.

Responsible for training and continuously energizing the Guest Relations process throughout the Front of House team.

Monitor quality assurance by amalgamating all guest feedback and implement strategies to improve the overall hotel results.

The Ideal candidate:

A professional image and personality, confidence and leadership skills

Ability to focus attention on detail

Ability to prioritize and follow-up

Ability to take initiative and work productively

Ability to maintain confidentiality and security of all guests and general hotel information

Ability to go the extra mile to provide the extra attention in order to satisfy guests individual needs.

Ability to motivate staff and follow up with direction where needed

Ability to remain calm and courteous with demanding/difficult situations
