Group HR Manager Dublin

We are currently recruiting for a Group HR Manager for our client, we and looking for a driven HR Manager that has operated the HR function within a group operation, has excellent attention to detail and can be proactive in their approach within the HR department and management teams.

Responsibilities:  

  • Advise on the use of best practise models regarding recruitment, attraction and retention including overseeing the delivery of the recruitment and on-boarding function.
  • Planning, monitoring and conducting various training sessions to include customer service, HR, statutory and risk assessments.
  • Working with Managers to identify specific training needs
  • To coach and train managers to create a positive culture for employees through effective communication and people management.
  • Working with the Directors, Management team and other stakeholders on all HR related matters including disciplinary in line with employment legislation.
  • Maintaining and updating policies, procedures and employee handbook
  • Assisting in the development if various IT systems to streamline the HR administrative process.
  • Working closely with the Payroll department in relation to employee documentation
  • Overseeing the HR function and HR team.
  • Ensuring that all HR employee records are up to date, accurate and in line with GDPR
  • Monitoring compliance by management throughout the Group on all employee-related matters, including on/off-boarding, performance management, leave and absence management, employment law.
  • Tracking and reporting on new hires, transfers and changes to employee terms and conditions.
  • Monitoring, tracking and advising on statutory leave
  • Monitoring and reporting on compliance with employment legislation across the company

Requirements:

  • Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and IT skills
  • Team player with a high level of self-motivation in a busy working environment
  • Strong knowledge of employment law legislation
  • Degree level in Human Resource or CIPD qualified
  • A minimum of 5 + years’ experience in HR Management in Ireland
  • Transport as travel is required.
