Front of House Operations Manager Hotel €60k 

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Front of House Manager for our client to join their property. Reporting to the General Manager, you will lead and support a great team to ensure our guests receive a warm and efficient welcome for every stay. They are looking for a manager that takes a hands on approach to all aspects of the operation, including front office, food & beverage and deliver an excellent standard to the guests. 

Responsibilities:

  • Preparation, implementation and training of SOP’s and Standards.
  • Ensuring arrival & departure procedures are followed to ensure a positive guest experience.
  • Attend meetings such as Morning stand up and weekly Head of Department meeting.
  • Oversee all front of house departments. 
  • Promote the Hotel, it’s outlets and local activities to all guests.
  • Recruitment & training of new team members.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Front of House Manager or Operations Manager  is essential.
  • Working knowledge of Front Office Systems
  • Excellent written and spoken levels of English.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills. 
  • A Hands on person with excellent customer service.
