Food & Beverage Operations Manager €55k

We are currently recruiting for F&B Operations Manager for our client located in a stunning, 4* property in Cork. They are seeking a driven, professional person with highly developed customer service and business acumen. The successful candidate will have experience within a 4* property. 

Key Responsibilities:

• The ability to manage the team and food outlets
• To work alongside other HOD to ensure the hotel maintains its standards
• Training and rostering of staff
• Manage KPI’s, budgets, stock control, and forecasting
• To monitor costs of suppliers and ensure the best price and quality is achieved. 

The Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience in a busy property. 
• Will have experience as F&B Manager or Restaurant Manager 
• Excellent knowledge and a passion for food & beverage, and wine 
• To oversee the day to day running of the food and beverage outlets
• Knowledge of Hotel Standards of Service
• Previous experience with KPI’s, budgets, stock control, and forecasting
• Strong leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate the team to achieve a high level of performance 
• Excellent customer service skills
• Experience in banqueting.
