Food and Beverage Manager – Cork – €55k 

We are currently recruiting a Food & Beverage Manager for our client based in a beautiful, high end property in Cork.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the F&B Operations of a very busy hotel across all outlets. 
  • Work with the Head Chef and kitchen team to makes sure all HACCP and Health & Safety regulations are achieved
  • Manage, train and roster staff
  • Ensure all staff training is up to date and carry out regular training sessions
  • Recruit new team members where needed
  • Assist stores manager to make sure we carry the correct amount of stock
  • Develop and implement innovative food and beverage menus that enhance guest satisfaction and drive revenue.
  • Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and service are maintained at all times.
  • Manage and train the food and beverage team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, including budgets, forecasts, and revenue management.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional activities and events that boost business.
  • Build strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure the best quality products.
  • Handle guest feedback and inquiries promptly and professionally, striving for continuous improvement.
  • Oversee the food and beverage service – ensuring it is efficiently run and meets the standards set by the hotel
