Experienced Bartender

We are currently looking for an Experienced Bartender for our client with a background in busy environments. This is a fantastic position for an outstanding, standards driven person looking for an exciting role within an ambitious team. The role is 5 over 7 days.

Responsibilities:

• Maintains a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
• Hard working, team player with a willingness to learn.
• Properly and promptly prepare, garnish, and serve drinks to guests.
• Engages with guests by making drinks in front of the guest using working flair.
• Knows the menu and how to make appropriate beverages.
• Up-sells guests on drink items when appropriate.
• Keeps a clean, organised bar area.
• Accurately rings up all orders in the POS system while maintaining ability to socialise with guests.
• Builds business by promoting specials and building a regular clientele.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 1-year experience behind a busy bar
• References from their previous employment
• A friendly, outgoing personality.
• Possess the ability to work well as part of a team
