Duty Manager- Kerry – €40k 

We are currently recruiting a duty manager for our client in a buzzing Bar in Kerry. The ideal candidate will have experience working in High Volume F&B properties and will have excellent customer service and people management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing the day to day operation of the business while on shift.
• Planning and implementation of business strategies in line with the Directors of the company.
• To be hands on in service and set an example to the team.
• Ensure the training of the team and refresh when needed.
• To report directly to heads of departments and directors.
• Maintain customer experience and satisfaction and take ownership of any queries or issues.
• Monitor bookings and forecast accordingly.
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation and all company policies and procedures.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Experience with a high-volume property.
• Professional, trustworthy, and reliable.
• Must be approachable with excellent people skills.
• A face for the company who will build on the local and budding relationships with customers.
• Ability to work well under pressure and stay level headed.
• A good sense of humour is welcome.
• A hands on worker.
