We are currently recruiting a Chef de Partie for our client, a 4-star property located in County Kildare. This is an excellent opportunity to join a professional and creative kitchen team delivering outstanding cuisine across both à la carte and banqueting.
Responsibilities

Prepare and cook dishes to the highest standard within your section

Liaise daily with senior chefs regarding orders, suppliers, and pricing

Minimise food waste and maintain efficient stock control

Support and train junior staff in recipes, presentation, and technique
-
Contribute to menu development, including tastings, costings, and documentation
-
Uphold exceptional hygiene and HACCP standards throughout all areas
-
Complete all HACCP records and cleaning schedules consistently

Identify and report faulty or unsafe equipment immediately

Promote and reflect the hotel’s values in all kitchen operations
Requirements
-
Previous experience as Chef de Partie in a 4-star or similar standard kitchen

Strong banquet and à la carte background
-
Passion for creative cooking and innovation in changing menus

Ability to work well within a team and guide junior staff

Excellent knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards
