C&B Manager – 5* Hotel

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Conference and Banqueting Manager for our client, a beautiful 5* property in Wicklow.

This property can assist with accommodation if required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and oversee the planning and execution of meetings, conferences, banquets, weddings, and events
  • Actively lead the banquet team to ensure optimum service to guests and meeting planner satisfaction
  • Manage, train and ensure the performance of assigned Banquet Staff.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and ensure all details are addressed.
  • Monitor expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness

The Ideal Candidate:

  • 2-3 years’ experience in a similar position
  • 4* or 5* experience would be a distinct advantage
  • Strong leadership skills
